I'm John, the owner and lead electrician at Switch It Up Electric LLC. I'm a Florida native with 23 years of experience in the electrical trade, and I'm proud to serve homeowners throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

I started this company because I believe people deserve an electrician who shows up, communicates clearly, and treats every job like it matters. I'm personally involved in nearly every project, so when you call Switch It Up Electric, you're working with the owner, not being passed around or left wondering who is responsible for the work.

Over the years, I've built my experience around the electrical work Southwest Florida homes need most: troubleshooting and repairs, electrical panel and service upgrades, lighting and ceiling fans, rewiring, new construction and remodel wiring, generator inlets and interlocks, surge protection, dedicated circuits, and EV charger installations, including Tesla charging circuits.

My goal has always been simple: do the work right the first time, explain it in plain language, and leave every customer feeling confident and taken care of.
